Our kids-friendly classes are open to adults and adults with children. Classes are beginner to intermediate level, focusing on full body workouts using various equipment.
A kids-friendly area is set up for children in fitness classes. Please remember that parents are always responsible for their children in class.

55+ Fitness classes
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
Our senior 55+ classes are a great way to keep fit and healthy.
Our Tuesday yoga class is chair yoga, perfect for people with mobility issues. Our Thursday Silver Fit class is a chair class that focuses on using weights to keep muscles strong.

Zumba
Wednesday 7.35-8.35pm
Join our amazing Zumba instructor, Trina, for a fun Latin and International music-inspired dance workout. No previous experience is needed. Never tried Zumba? Ask about our first class free option.

Yoga and Pilates Blend
Tuesday 7.15-8.15pm
All level class. Great core and full body workout. Led by Shaunna.
